Please explain why you choose homeschooling instead of public school classroom education for your kids. Are you a credentialed educator who can provide your children with the gamut of learning experiences and knowledge they will need to pass college entry exams? Reading one of your blog posts in which you expressed AZ has minimal standards for home schooling as did your previous state of residence. You appeared pleased by this. Why wouldn't your research begin with checking out the public schools in the area before you decide the charter schools are what you want for your kids?2
Hi, Hippiewitch! Sorry if this is really random, but I was wondering if you were the same Hippiewitch who posted on the Doctors Lounge forum in 2007 about chest pains/tightness and sporadically racing heart? I have the EXACT same symptoms and have been a bit worried about them (I'm also about the same age you were at the time, with a nearly identical medical background--good health, but father had heart disease, etc). And similarly, went to the ER, had an ekg done, etc, and was given a clean bill of health. But still, this heaviness in my chest persists and it just doesn't seem like everything's okay.
I did recently go through a big life change (moved out of state, out of parents' house to a state where I know absolutely no one, started a high-stress new job and lost my grandmother on Day 3 of said new job). Also got much less than 6 hours of sleep a night for about 2 weeks straight before my panicked trip to the ER one night.
So. I was starting to guess that it might just be stress that was causing all of this, and if I just meditate/do yoga, I'll be okay? But since your case was so similar to mine, I wanted to ask if you found out what your health problem was and what you did to solve it. Sorry for the long, babbly comment form a stranger, but I'm still a bit freaked out and kind of all alone on this, so... if you don't mind, could you let me know how things went for you? You can mail me at redcrest at yahoo.com. Thank you so much!!
First of all, I feel no need to explain myself to someone who has obviously already made a judgement about me. Secondly, and more importantly to DarrkCyradis I do not recall posting that, but I have Supraventricular tachycardia and had an ablasion several years ago which helped me a lot.
